We had a beautiful sunset the other night.
...the kind that makes me run back into the house for my camera...
to snap a few Sky Watch photos.
Tonight, I decided to add a little Picasa twist to one of the sunset photos.

{that was fun!}
The northeast has been enjoying some beautiful days.
It reached 50 degrees {F} this week!
I love coming home from work, putting on my sneakers {instead of boots}and heading
outside for a glorious walk.
I keep thinking back to last winter with 7 foot snow mounds along the sides of my driveway.
Who knows how long we'll get to keep this weather trend!?!
I'll enjoy it while it lasts... for sure!

Nice post-processing.
ReplyDeleteRegards and best wishes
I really liked all of the pictures. The pencil one was really interesting. If I had to choose, I don't think I could, I liked them all that much!
ReplyDeleteWe too have had this beautiful weather Maria. I started cleaning out my car yesterday with a jacket on and had taken it off within two minutes. It was 61 and sunny here!
Ah, if only it would stay all winter long, no?
Love Di ♥
I like your sky experiments, Maria! While Denver is getting pounded by a blizzard today, we barely got a dusting in the mountains. It's been one strange winter for us. (I hope it doesn't all come in the spring!)
ReplyDeleteShades of Narnia...
ReplyDeleteGreetings my sweet friend!
ReplyDeleteSuch fabulous snappy fun...Picnik is the photo program that I use, but apparently they are closing their doors...Yikes! I am so computer illiterate. I will have to give Picasso a try.
What a perfectly wonderful "February Quote"...love to you dear one...xoxo..Rosie
Hasn't it been wonderful? I've been out walking the pup without a coat until the past few days. We had a slight dusting of snow yesterday morning but it was quickly gone and while it is chilly today...I still don't need a hat or gloves! Love it and your photos are fun!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture. Thank you for sharing with us. Have a nice week-en Greetings from Romania.
