“An optimist is a person who sees a green light everywhere,
while a pessimist sees only the red stoplight.
The truly wise person is colorblind.”

I love this one.
The road to success is dotted with many tempting parking places.
and this one by Robert Brault
"As a means to success, determination has this advantage over talent
-- that it does not have to be recognized by others."
. . . and in keeping on a path to peace and joy . . .
" Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, And light unto my path."
Psalm 119:105
Peace and Joy to you all.
May our paths be gentle and free!

Beautiful words......just what i needed today......love and blessings from me........xxx...
ReplyDeleteBits of wisdom, here and there!~
ReplyDeleteThat is why I love the Proverbs....they are like little fortune cookie messages, only they are TRUTH AND LIFE!!!!
This truly is a great photo, Rachael. Perfectly pretty!
ReplyDeleteWhat is it with proverbs? I cannot ever get enough of them. They make me think and rethink. I like Farmgirl Cyn's comment a lot.
This morning we cycle the path to grandma. It was a beautiful tour. Under a blue sky, soft sunbeams. Vinciane and Bresten cycled on their own, Celeste and Quinten were on our bikes. I cycled a little behind and I believe I was smiling all the time. I just loved the view.
Enjoy your Sunday, dearest sweet Maria xxxx
Have a happy start to the new week, teaching and reading to your lovely students. xxxx
That should be, we cycled.
ReplyDeleteLots of Love to you xxxx
