The photo above was taken a week or so ago as we passed a local orchard.
This is a little collage of close-ups.
Every black "brushstroke" is a bird!
We could see this flock up ahead and knew that when we drove past, there would be a big lift-off!
It was incredible to be driving past this and have my little cybershot in my purse!
I love how they alighted on the roof.
It was quiet a crowd!

My DIL caught one of those huge flocks on video! It was awesome to see so many birds at one time! Lucky you to have your camera handy Maria! That is something I'm not very good at! Love Di ♥

Just put my caramel cake aside to take a closer look at your amazing pictures. The first one is taken from the perfect angle, Maria! I believe the black bow is your car window? It completes the lovely setting. Did you count the birds, tee hee, there are so much up in the air. Right place, right time!

Last weekend Greg and I were out on one of our lonnnng walks.
We were having one of our lonnnng talks...
about my new business.
To the left of us...out over the water...flew the most spectacular flock of geese!
I had never seen a flock that large!
I told Greg it was a sign!
A HAPPY sign!
