  7. Those have got to be the cutest cupcakes I've ever seen! The following is the recipe for the Watermelon ice. It's great if you have leftover watermelon!

Remove seeds from 8-cups 1-inch pieces watermelon. (about half medium watermelon). Place half of the watermelon pieces , 1 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and sugar is dissolved; repeat with remaining watermelon. pour into 2 ice cube trays. freeze until firm around edges, about two hours!

The kids used to love this a million years ago! Love Di ♥

  10. Hey, Maria. Funny how summer plans can change in the flash of a second. On Father's Day evening, a dog tripped me. I "flew" up and came down on my right heel. Short story...I have a severe break of the heel bone and will be in a cast for a minimum of six weeks and two more weeks in a boot. It's the same foot that had tendon surgery in December, but it's completely unrelated to that surgery. So, now I'm sittin' on the sofa for the summer. Oh, I had so many plans, but it appears the Lord has other plans for me. My plans have changed, and now I definitely have plenty of time for prayer, reading the Word, and resting. I'll be waiting to see what God does in me as I'm healing.
