Sky Watching at 35,000 feet

I started to wonder if this "Mommy Birdie"
was really a chicken!

But then I heard a little whisper in my soul that said,

"Maria, look and see the wonders of My creation."

I took a long slow breath, and from that moment on
I wasn't so afraid.

I relaxed, ordered some tea, and

f l e w!

I loved every minute of our time in Texas.
Jason's apartment is amazing; his work is gratifying and I am so proud of him!
I cried as we stood side by side and sang together at Austin Stone on Sunday.
His sisters will be visiting at other times this summer ~ they can't wait!
*
God bless you, dear friends
and may we always keep our eyes wide open to see
His
B E A U T I F U L
creation!

Enjoy more breathtaking skies at Sky Watch Friday!
Thank you Sky Watchers and our Sky Watch Team.

  1. Oh Maria...what a beautiful view. When we flew to Las Vegas recently, I had that same pleasure.

I always remember I'm in the Hollow of His Hand...whether on the ground or in the sky.

    Love you.

  23. A true miracle those wonderful beautiful clouds .
You are my ONE AND ONLY SKY-FRIEND Maria . I absolutely love your beautiful sky-blogging .
The words and the clouds translated to living-life .
You had to give over to be in the sky to see your son who left the nest . My youngest Thomas will be leaving soon august 1 to have his own place in a studentshome .
I am planning to make the little room in my house a children's room again , for Eva when she will be staying here . Her mother will be working as a stewardess in october again .... My son can take time off having his own company but the grandmothers will stand by !
Have a cosy weekend sweet friend

  24. Oh Maria, I KNOW THE EXPERIENCE! My first flight ever was 32 years ago to JAPAN from L.A. It was a 14 hour flight and I was out of my wits. I did not know the Lord at that time, so I don't know how I handled it...but these days, I do what you did. Just sit back, enjoy the creation and let it be.....whew...I so know what you are saying!!!! HAPPY DAY MY FRIEND! Anita
