fire and ice

-We've been waking up to this scene-

snow covered roads,
and
fiery skies.

The first days of spring here in the northeast brought snow,
cold air and a just a little relief with a few days of
long awaited sunshine.
It's been wonderful to have more sunshine streaming in my windows at school.
...And...
I love how the sun is still shining at 6:30pm.
Daylight savings time is a life saver!

...Let us keep walking towards the light my friends...

Sunrise photo taken by my husband this Thursday, March 21, 2013.

Wishing you all God's sweetest blessings
as you continue to be a
blessing to all you meet.

Love,
  Maria

When I think of you, Maria, I always hope that you're receiving plenty of blessings to carry you through this school year. I KNOW you're probably very busy with wedding details. It's been snowing every day this week here in Breckenridge. It's what we expect in March in CO. Have a wonderful Easter holiday. Can you believe the school year is soon over (I bet you can)!

What a sunrise! Reminds me of my nephew who would say, "be the light."

I love Daylight Savings Time. I saw so many people complaining about it this year...I just don't understand it. I think it is so depressing when it is dark at 4:00 in the afternoon.

We have sunshine today too, blinding after our freak snowstorm on Sunday. It isn't melting...but it is supposed to be in the 50's on the weekend, so that should take care of it!

Hi Maria...this is so lovely today..I have not popped over for a while.
Life gets busy but you are always in my heart. I have had this week off from school as I am nursing a very bad back. I really hope next week will bring me back to school smiling. Backs are so slow at healing. Hope you are well..we are now working on the last few months of another school year. It is so hard to believe. Hope your Spring days have arrived..filled with sunshine. Hugs to you always. xoxo
