a cozy teapot

This spring

I didn't want to put away my winter teapot.

so I bought it a summer outfit.

...that makes me smile...

and it keeps my tea nice and cozy!

It will be fun to shop for an autumn tea cozy,
... there are so many to choose from at Dot's Pass Time.

Trying to spend my time wisely during these final weeks of August
...remembering to rest and stop for tea...

Many blessings to you all

  1. Now that is a fine idea. Stop, rest and have tea because I have nine days left until I go back to school to prepare!!!! How about you dearest? I cannot believe it, I just can't! I love that tea cozy; I need a new one and believe me, I use it 'cause here, EVEN WITH THE TEA COZY, the tea can go cold in the middle of January! Oh, I don't want to think about it. CARRY ON!

    BISOUS!!! Anita

  13. Yes, enjoy these last days of summer before the school year begins and I don't know if you guys had a hot summer but it may be a long, cold winter after the extreme summer we had.

The new outfit is precious! Enjoy your tea. Wish I could join you!

  14. Your tea pot DOES look quite cozy! Hope your final days of vacation are wonderful, Maria. The summer has passed by so quickly. My Grandchildren are preparing for school. I imagine you are, too.

  16. A teapot cozy, it has been on my wish list for a long time. But months ago I bought a teapot made of glass, fine glass. Now I only have to go on a hunt for those tea flowers I saw in a magazine. You put these in boiled water and then they will open.
I can imagine you did not want to put your Winter pot away, it is a sweet one. Flowers and blue are very Summery, the perfect idea, Maria.
How is your kitchen? Did you make a decision yet on the top. I think it not that easy to decide. Good luck.
A wonderful weekend my sweet friend xxxx
