Gray Skies

are gonna clear up
 ' ' ' '
' ' '
' '
after it rains
cats and dogs

but for now
we're inside where it's warm and cozy

Into each life some rain must fall.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
{just not all at once, please!}
Sending up prayers for all of us in the east, especially those near the coast...
for all of you in the south-west where it's hot and dry,
and all of you dear hearts on the west coast
and around the world.

God Bless you all
~ Maria

ps.  Thank you to all who contributed to help my sister with her store name.
She was thrilled to get so many nice ideas.
I'll keep you posted!

That umbrella is gorgeous, Maria. You would not be dancing in the rain when holding that lovely.
Thinking of you today, hopefully Irene will be kind to you and all of you.
Our weather has been very humid for days now, Friday morning we have had really bad weather, lots of thunder going on on, They call it code Orange.
I keep looking at your lovely teapot holder.
Have a cheery Sunday, Maria. I left a few words in your previous post for Doreen. Love always xx

Hope the daybreak brings relief and recovery to those troubled and harassed by the storm....and that it looses its sting as it runs it course in the coming hours.

The "cats and dogs" shower curtain is so playful and the umbrella one of the prettiest I've seen in a long time!

Hi Maria, I just re-readed my comment and I meant 'WHO would not be dancing in the rain ..."
As a matter of fact I could use this lovely umbrella as it is raining cats and dogs here.
Love xx

Your sweet spirit always ministers Maria. Hoping you are staying safe where you are.
I feel a bit sad that your son has come to Texas during the worst summer of my memory. I hope that this drought will break soon and he will be able to experience the joy of a mild winter.
