on a journey

You will show me the way of life,
granting me the joy of your presence and the
pleasures of living with you
forever.

Psalm 16:11

Dear God, may you help us to end each day
by whispering an amen to You as we go to sleep
and to wake up each morning
with an halleluiah in our hearts.
Amen!

  1. Oh wow, Maria, this is just stunning--and the thought is such a good one--an amen to end the day with and a resounding hallelujah to start the morning--I'm in!!

    Beautiful post dear friend!

  2. What gorgeous photo did Amanda make! New Hampshire .. you make me dream away to the month of May last year when we visited. Such beautiful surroundings. How is your week so far, Maria?

  3. Good morning beautiful friend and colleague!

Everyday is a journey. I love Albert Camus's quote:

    "Life is not a destination.
    Life if a journey.
If you stay on that journey, you will find success."

Indeed. I think that every once in a while, our students need to see that we too are on a vulnerable journey of life, and when they see that, they too become more genuine. May your journey be blessed my dear. Anita

  7. What a gorgeous photo...so peaceful. I hope all that ice didn't make for a slick drive for them. We haven't seen much of that around here this year and while I'm glad, I do love the beauty of nature.

    Have a wonderful evening!

  19. Good morning precious friend! Your message here as well has that eternal spirit that really, in the final analysis is the only thing that is important in how we do all of our work and play. I AM GLAD it is Friday, are you????? Yes, we are done with assessments, but now with RTI, it seems like assessing is never ending, and I frankly have no idea what to do and how to manage the stress in my life. The only way I can think of is to not do everything that is demanded!!!!!!

SENDING YOU WISHES FOR A BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL FRIDAY! Anita
