Okay, I'll admit that for the first 35-40 years of my life...
This was true...
But now... I'm just sayin'
I'm the one waiting for my husband to stop talking...
after church, family gatherings, bumping into neighbors while on a walk...
:: love you, honey
I'm coming to the conclusion that by middle age, women have used up all their words.
Men, however... for most of their youth, have had their words suppressed by their sisters, girlfriends & wives...
Then, at age 45-50... They're free to speak...
only because we women are too tired.
...which is probably why I'd rather write ;D
Video from "Are Women Born Like This?"
Sweeeeeet! :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I think you make a point here...LoL
That video is adorable!!! But I agree with you. My hubby used to never say a word, but now things they are achangin'. He's becoming his grandpa! He speaks to everyone now and we wait on him. I'm glad to see it though, cause he's got a lotta good things to say.
ReplyDeleteVery true! I'm also glad my husband's found his :voice:
ReplyDeleteHe is also a wonderful writer and regularly mails our children note cards with a scripture verse and a prayer for them.
I'm trying to tailor what I say and listen more, trying not to be the 'beeping' noise the car makes when you leave your lights on ;)
I agree with you!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby out-talks me 10 words to 1.
ReplyDeleteDo they talk too much ? We'll is the sky blue ? No wait, it's pink. ;>)
