Last week I stole a few moments for myself on a busy afternoon...
... I strolled around a local garden shop ...
and look what I found out front!

nice capture...isn't technology just the best?
ReplyDeleteHi Maria,
ReplyDeletePinwheels are the best! I get them every summer (small, hand-held ones) for my Grands. We all have fun watching them twirl in the breeze. Your photo of one against that blue sky is very pretty
Pinwheels would cheerup anyone!
ReplyDeleteAh, I love pinwheels...they are such fun! Thanks for sharing them with us, and making us young again for the moment!
ReplyDeleteCame across here from Erin's blog (I think)...and loving every minute. So thanks for your inspirations...the story of the toys below is beautiful. I feel like I have heard it before, and yet the name of that book isn't familiar. Of course I am Australian, so out of the loop...almost!
Oh, this is beautiful! I love all the spinning color against that sky. A unique skywatch!
ReplyDeleteHello Maria, (love your name) I have popped over after reading a comment you left on Sandy's blog, I thought it wonderful and uplifting.
ReplyDeletePinwheels are fun and remind me of my childhood, a good memory. Thank you for sharing.....:-) Bernie
Aggh! Even pinwheels make me dizzy!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd Maria...what is a "linky"!
LOVE IT. :)
ReplyDeletenothing like a good wander to revive the spirit again.

Good Sunday Morning Maria,
ReplyDeleteYour cell camera didn't do I bad job! Did you but the whirlygig for your yard? It was nice that you took some time for yourself. We don't do this often enough!
Oh I didn't check to see if there's a price ... It's at least 3-4 feet wide! It may be a permanent decoration there!
ReplyDeleteSo fun to see it! Thanks for stopping by :o)
Maria
Pin wheels and summer are a fun combination, such beautiful colours to brighten the sky. Thanks for sharing with us all.
ReplyDeleteWow this looks very pretty...love the colors...love the motion!
