Soft hearts ♥ Pretty and Pink

I'm working on a cake with a heart center.
It's a Bluebird Notes challenge!
The first photo in the collage is the cake pictured on the box.
Wishes may come true!?!
I'm not sure how the middle is going to look ~ but I'll find out tonight.
It's my husband's birthday!

Here's the frosted cake.
{the heart inside is raspberry mousse}
I saved some of the raspberry mousse for the top too.

The inside photos are going to be a surprise for Koralee at Bluebird Notes.
Regardless of the outcome... I'm going to send them her way!
oh... I hope the middle looks even remotely like a

Ok now... here it is!
My cake kind of fell.
It broke here and there.

But it didn't stop us from enjoying all the fabulous raspberry mousse
and chocolate fudge buttercream frosting!  Yum!  love that stuff ♥
We'll be enjoying it for Chris' birthday!
Happy Birthday Honey ♥

It looks so good. You have to post the picture of the inside. I saw koralee's challenge, but I knew I'd have to eat the cake all by husband isn't big on sweets. So, I didn't try it. Tell your hubby happy birthday!

Hey dear friend,
Chris is so blessed to have you for a wife. Please tell him I said Happy Birthday!

The cake is precious. Take a picture of the middle to show us--I bet it will be great and afterall, it is the thought that counts--well, and maybe the taste--ha ha!

My aunt who turned 66 today received a phone call at 12:30 during the middle of the night. It was her 13 year old granddaughter calling to tell her she wanted to be the first one to wish her Happy Birthday. Hoping Chris didn't get any alarming calls in the middle of the night last night.

We had 2 inches of snow today and I guess you know what that means for AR--most everything shut down!

We stayed warm and dry--I haven't been out of the house since last Sunday but I love it so that's good!

Have a lovely time tonight.

How fun is that!! I"m dying to see the inside! In any case, it looks great and I bet it tastes even better!! We have had some pretty mild weather for the last few days. It's kind of scary, because I could get used to it! Almost all the snow is melted.
