Remembering Colonial Days

Today we brought Colonial Williamsburg to our school.A colonial woman's day was different from mine.

Music was not recorded.
Wants were Needs

There were a few wants.
There was still war.
~But the children could pray~

We really have lost so much in spite of what looks like great gain. And it's only getting worse. Thank God this earth is not our home!

Yes! I think we both keep up with Ann's writings. God has given her a beautiful gift!

Are you a teacher? Was this an end-of-year activity?

Blessings!

Times back then were different. All were more dependant on Him. Back then, the simple turned out to be wise, and today the "wise" it turns out are the most simpleminded ones of all.
