Love the blue skies. We've also been having grey skies with rain all of July so I am determined to post only blue skies.Hope you continue blue skies all of the weekend!
Hi Maria, Of all these beautiful sky shots - I like the unusual one of the rain on the screen the best! I'd listen to your pouring rain to go to sleep at night - love the sound of rain coming down. Last night I woke around 3AM to hear it on my roof here in CO - then let it put me to sleep again.
Love the sense of change. I often get bored by our LACK of summer weather (clear blue skies, day after day after day) but I have to admit, not a problem THIS year.
love the photos! sooo pretty. our days have been wet and rainy too. a few times my girls (age 3 and 1) and i have got caught walking in the middle of a downpour! :) WET!
Hello Maria, Do you know that whenever I say Maria,I say it with an Italian accent in my brain and sometimes I start to sing "Maria" from West Side Story. But I am sure you've heard that a million times! It poured like crazy here yesterday. We call our street Harrison St. River when it does that. Katie even suggested that we get out the rafts and see if we could float down the street! I must admit, I was tempted.
Shy sigh* Thanks for all the nice comments! We had lots of flooding in the greater area here... roads closed etc. My home is okay... basement didn't flood thanks to the "engineering" of husband. Diana, my cousin's in-laws were so flooded once, they DID canoe around their gardens! all the best to everyone! ~Maria

Such beautiful pictures Maria. It is raining here too - an answer to fervent prayers. Beautiful, wonderful rain. Thank You Lord!
ReplyDeleteMy yard looks like a mini war zone from the LITTLE rain we were told we only a tiny chance of actually getting.
ReplyDeleteBut...I suppose if it never rained...none of us would ever grow.
Love the beautiful skies...

This must be where the expression, "When it rains, it pours," comes from.
