  4. These are incredible shots, Maria! We get lots of con trails over our house as well and I get lots of shots of them. But these are some of the most intriguing ones that I've ever seen -- particularly when they turn pink! Fabulous!

    Enjoy your weekend!

  7. Maria, Somebody was using colored chalk! Those trails through your blue sky are intriguing. Have a restful weekend. I hope the projects are graded, and you can enjoy some ME time!

  8. Aren't you lucky you could get to your camera? This is really amazing, our skies never look like that! Sue

  10. Well, the calligrapher in me is going crazy with those "flourishing fonts." Maria, that is the coolest thing I have ever seen. We have an Air Force base very close to us and I have NEVER seen anything like that. I am so glad you captured it. Awesome. I, too, hope those projects are graded. Have a great weekend. Dianne

  12. What do sky-lines mean?
    Can someone read between them
    to open our minds?

  14. Hey Maria, I talked to Jeff's daughter, my granddaughter, last night. She is 19. Sometimes you can get more accurate info out of them. She seems to think he is making a lot of progress--is taking his medicine, has lost about 10 lbs since coming home from the hospital, and is changing his lifestyle--better eating habits, etc. Thank you for asking. Thrilled about that light tote. Later, Dianne

  17. Just came back to answer your question about the banana bread...I haven't used whole wheat flour. I have some here, I may try it next time. I would guess it would make a heavier bread, but bananas and whole wheat should make a great combination. Thanks for your visit! Sue
