Delicious Oven Baked Fish Stew

Easy and Pleasing
I start with the famous trio of veggies
  • carrots
  • celery
  • onions

  • I add a layer of peeled and sliced pototoes.
  • I love olives, so I slice up a can of them.
  • A large can of whole tomatoes quartered
Season as desired
(drizzled olive oil & Italian spices are fabulous)
Cover and bake veggies until tender.
Add white fish and bake until flaky.
(I used cod.)
Serve in PASTA bowls with grated

It's funny that (so far) we are all saying the same thing...I don't like fish..but my husband would love it! Same husband would love that, looks simple and good too! ;D

Yummy! This could be my dinner and Amanda's banana bread could be my dessert. Now if only you were both here to cook it for me...
