Wonderful sky post. Forsythia blooming means the Stripers are running in the Hudson river. When thinking of fish as with cooking them, don't forget the flower.

We had a lot of Forsythia where I grew up. It always means Spring to me. Wish we had it here. It really is a large price to pay for living in the tropics.

Every time I see the forsythia blooming, I think to should have bought a forsythia bush last year when all the shrubs were on clearance! Their bright yellow foliage is one of the 1st things to bloom here in West Michigan.

I really like the composition of the cotton wool clouds behind the spiky looking plants.
