    Um.... I need those shoes. NEED!! I mean, want. They're fabulous! And... you're right, No one can fill my shoes for my family!

    I know, aren't they great... unfortunately, they're not in my closet ... wish they were too ~ although I'll walk today as if I'm wearing them :)

    Maria...This brings tears to my eyes, as we are just this week winding down the minutes till our 8 year old grandson goes back to live with his mom. He has been with us for nearly 2 years, and this will be quite the adjustment for me. Also, his mom says she will not allow him to see me anymore. Makes him leaving all the more difficult. I pray the time we have had with him has made a difference. No one else can fill a Memere's shoes.

    Raising children is a big job ~ Keeping family close is important ~ Perhaps she will discover, as time goes on, that "your shoes are not just an accessory but also a very dear necessity ~ Maria
